MS Fibre have been tasked to complete the pre-enablement works on the date specified in your text message ahead of your high speed fibre connection.

Step 1 - Pre-Enablement is the work required to get the fibre from the network up to your property ready for your internal connection.​​​​
IMPORTANT: You do not generally have to be at home in order for us to carry out this work.
However, if the duct or feed is located inside a locked area or a building / garage, or if the area has been built over such as a porch or bin store and it is not easily accessible we will have to push the job back to be rescheduled for when you are at home.
