Whilst MS Fibre Limited and MS Utility Services Limited are exempt from statutory notification under Section 54, Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015

we make this declaration in support of our client commitments and their statutory notification requirements.

Our Business

MS Fibre Limited, MS Utility Services Limited, its subsidiaries and/or associated companies are a national fibre, utility and civil engineering group of companies.

Employment

MS Fibre Limited, MS Utility Services Limited, its subsidiaries and/or associated companies check that all of its employees both direct and indirect have the right to work in the UK.

Training

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery we have provided specific awareness training to several areas of the organisation which includes our Human Resources and Operations Department.

Policies

We operate the following policies that assist our approach to the identification of modern slavery risks and identify steps to be taken to prevent slavery in our business:

Whistleblowing Policy – We encourage all our employees to report any concerns relating to unlawful conduct malpractice, dangers to the public or the environment, and any other matter of a serious nature.
