About the Role
We are currently recruiting additional Civils / Fibre Engineers with previous experience working on the Virgin Media network/contract.
Working on behalf of our client, engineers will attend residential and commercial properties to investigate and resolve issues raised by installation teams that are preventing or affecting successful customer connections.
Requirements
Typical works will include:
• Identifying and clearing blockages within existing ducting
• Investigating missing or damaged network infrastructure
• Locating and repairing damaged cables
• Fibre and HFC fault finding and repair
• Carrying out associated civils works where required
• Liaising with installation teams to resolve network issues efficiently
We are particularly interested in engineers with strong practical experience in Fibre, HFC fault finding and telecoms civils, ideally gained while working on the Virgin Media network.
