About the Role
We are seeking experienced FTTP Fibre Installation Engineers to join our growing team. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work. This is a comprehensive, hands-on position where you will interact with both residential and business customers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end installation of customers’ broadband connections, ensuring a professional and efficient service.
Requirements
Install FTTP fibre broadband to residential and commercial premises on the Openreach network
Work within underground and external network environments
Complete installations efficiently while meeting productivity targets and KPIs
Operate independently and collaboratively as part of a wider engineering team
Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards
Provide a professional, customer-focused service at all times

Additional Requirements:
Proven FTTP installation experience on the Openreach network
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Confident using smart devices and digital work management systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Organised with strong problem-solving abilities
