About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team based out of our Swindon depot. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of the Fibre Telecommunications industry. This is a key role within the business, reporting directly to the leadership team and playing a crucial part in ensuring the successful day-to-day delivery of our fibre operations. You will oversee fibre delivery teams, ensuring works are completed on time, to a high standard, and with safety at the forefront of everything we do. You will act as a vital link between field teams, clients, and senior management, helping to drive performance and quality across operations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support fibre installation teams on a daily basis
Carry out compliance, quality, and health & safety audits
Allocate jobs and manage workloads to meet delivery targets
Complete administrative tasks including reporting and documentation
Liaise with clients to ensure KPIs, SLAs, and project targets are achieved
Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently
Promote and maintain a strong safety-first and quality-driven culture
