Fibre Installation

MS Fibre have been tasked to complete the Pre-Enablement works on the date specified in your text message ahead of your high speed fibre connection.

Pre-Enablement is the work required to get the fibre from the network up to your property ready for your internal connection.

​

IMPORTANT: You do not have to be at home in order for us to carry out this work.  If you want to provide our engineers with any information please use the button below.​

 

 

 

Internal Connection

If you are at home during our pre-enablement works visit then we may also be able to *complete your internal connection and get you online ahead of your scheduled connection date.

There are many factors that can affect the completion of the pre-enablement works and we can only complete your internal connection if the external works to connect your property to the fibre network are successful.
